About the HERS Breast
Cancer Foundation - Founding Partners
We are grateful to the following three
founding partners for their contributions to the
Foundation.
Tricia
J. McMahon, Doctor of Ministry
Co-Founder
Tricia received her
B.A. in Health Science at San Jose State University in CA and her
Doctorate in Spirituality at the University of Creation Spirituality in
Oakland, CA.
With her strong
background in health and spirituality, Tricia continued her family
heritage of facilitating individual’s well-being by her work with the
HERS Breast Cancer Foundation and Bras for
Body & Soul®. Through her doctoral studies, workshops and
seminars she emphasized the relationship between body and spirit. Her
passion and gift for wholeness is sought out by churches, organizations
and individuals, nationally and internationally.
Cheryl
A. Maloney, Doctor of Ministry
Co-Founder
Cheryl received her B.A. in Theatre at the University of Minnesota, and
her Doctorate in Spirituality at the University of Creation Spirituality
in Oakland, CA.
As a seasoned professional in the
fields of marketing, public relations, events, fundraising and business
management, Cheryl brought over 20 years of nonprofit experience to the
organization. Her commitment provided opportunities for individuals to realize their fullest potential. Her theological and
doctoral studies have been dedicated to the integration of spirituality,
business and work ethics.
Nancy J. Vital, EA
Nancy, founder and owner of A Vital Tax Service, has a
well-established career as a tax consultant and is a former district
manager of a national tax preparation company. She is also a breast
cancer survivor. Nancy, her husband and family participate in many
charitable running and walking events around the Bay Area as part of
their commitment to making a difference in their community.
